Jet`s Pizza in New Hope

Love the 8 corner pizza.

What is your locations open hours? I have called in four times on 2 different occasions at 8pm and I am told you don't deliver. Then I call in at 8:30 and said I would pick up then was told you will not do that. I don't understand what is going on at this location. Have the hours changed? Can someone let me know for future planning?

First time ordering sub's, very unimpressed. Hardly any meat, all bread and the steak was WAY over done. However, delivery was on time and fairly hot and driver was nice.

I’m originally from Detroit and Jets Pizza tastes like home. Detroit style deep dish is better than Chicago in my opinion (Sue Me). This location always delivers on quality. They also have home made restaurant ranch, not that gross store bought stuff. Highly recommend.

Love the deep dish pizza. Way better then little ceasers! Staff operate by call and bring out the food; and they wear masks the 3 times ive been there since covid.

The deep dish Jet 10 is our go to pizza. It is delicious. Kids like the Jet bread as well.

the pizza is from Jesus. enough said. they need to extend their delivery area beyond 12 blocks.

The speed and quality of service and sweet delicious prizza is unmatched.

Food was great but the wait was a little long otherwise good experience

Ordered a custom pizza, jet bread, 8 wings, and a drink. Everything got here warm and on time, and the delivery guy was pleasant. The food, so far, has been delicious. However, I opened my wings and there was unfortunately one wing too few. Exactly 7 wings, not one more. I wonder if somebody got hungry while counting?

Doesn't even deserve 1 star for this experience. We ordered pizza on 8-9-20 online said it would be 45mins(10:30pm) for curbside pick up. We get there call the number on the door after calling 4 times finally someone answers tells us they ran out of all the dough at 7pm. That his manager told him since they ran out to just close. They claim they called us and no on answered. No voicemails left. So disappointed.... we enjoy jets pizza and now we'll just be ordering pizza somewhere else. Seems like the employees just wanted to leave early. You think you'd want business during these times.

Love the deep dish jet 10,, forgot to take pictures of it,, it disappeared to fast! I've had a few different items and all excellent! I'll be back.

This place should go under. I have given this place more chances than it deserves. Every experience has been worse than the time before. Dont waste an entire evening like I did it is NOT WORTH IT.

I Love Jet's Pizza - This location seems to be poorly managed, Online ordering / app is unusable, and people who answer the phone can't get anything right. Last night placed order for delivery, they were busy, they told me it would be two hours. We love Jet's pizza so decided to wait. 2.5 hours later, still no pizza. Called, they claimed it was a pickup order, my pizza was gone, and they were closing at 9:30 PM. The people I spoke to could not have cared less that they screwed up and were in a hurry to go home. I want better than this from people who handle my food. If you like Jet's pizza as I do, find another location.

Never had a poor experience. Delivery always in estimated time and pizzas are fresh and hot. Both hand tossed or deep crust pizzas are excellent.

Consistently great pizza and wings but once again forgot the garlic sauce I paid for and requested.

I moved to Mankato and miss this place for their amazing boats.

I visit this spot a lot since I work nearby. I must say their customer service is always fantastic and they keep the spot clean all the time. Pricing is reasonable and they serve big portions.

The 1 table wasn't cleaned off at all from the last customer, displeased with the lack of headwear... found hair in my pizza. Otherwise polite sevice and delicious food.

We have now tried to order pizza from Jet's twice since moving to Maple Grove..We ordered tonight because they offered us a 50% off deal after forgetting part of our order a few weeks ago. They said they had implemented a new system and it didn't carry over the notes on our account. When we were transfered to the night manager, he was already mad and offered us a 10-15% discount. We denied his discount and asked that if he won't provide the discount they originally offered, we would like a refund on the items they originally didn't deliver. He accused us of wasting their company's money and found an excuse to hang up.We understand getting running with a new system can be difficult but we expect to receive what we paid for or were offered in compensation. We took a future deal on good faith and were punished for it. We will be disputing the original charge since we didn't receive what we paid for.

Godda love when they stop delivering past 8 pm even when they are open till 11

We were happy there was a jets within delivery distance when moving to Plymouth. Nothing but great things from the Andover location before we moved. Ordered for the first and last time. We always get Cajun turbo crust and if made properly is a fantastic pizza. Not when they lather so much Cajun on there that your pizza is inedible. It was so salty that none of us could eat it. Peeled the cheese to look underneath and it's all black greasy seasoning rather than pizza sauce. Called in to ask for a replacement. Only 16 year old kids working. You're charging $25 for a pizza. That pizza better be good. With charging that much you can hire some decent pizza makers but nope, 16 year old kids. I will not be returning. First impressions are everything. This jets is trash.

Just had Jet's Pizza for the first time. Ordered for me my mom. We had the Deep dish pepperoni and the cheesy garlic bread. cost was ok.. $25. for both. Will have to say it was worth it. We are so full. lol. Give these guys a try, I believe you'll be ordering again.

The turbo crust flavored deep dish pizza crust has a light, but flavorful crunch. This is the crust you'll actually eat, not leave half-eaten. Pricey pizza. But delicious.

This place is so hit or miss. The first few times visiting the quality is great!! However, recently they’ve messed our order up twice in a row now, and do not care to correct it. You better hope they get your order right the first time or it’s a waste of money, be wary.

Jets Pizza is friggin awesome. I always get the Detroit Deep Dish, sausage and pepperoni, with Turbo Crust. Don’t forget to get the Turbo Crust, it adds great flavor. Jets has great dough, sauce, and cheese. They use quality ingredients which of course makes for an amazing pizza. I’ve also tried their wings, which are good as well. They’re not amazing wings, but it’s a pizza place. They taste like pizza place wings. Still a good side if you want something to go along with your pizza.

Best pizza in town, if you like thick, crunchy crust. Get the 8-corner pizza. The walk-in deal of 2-slices and a pop for $6 is a great value. Note that this is delivery/takeout only. There is nowhere to eat here. They also cater.

I love their pizza but, really? You're going to charge extra for a single topping on a pizza? I used to be able to order a small single topping pepperoni for $8. Now they raised the price to $10 & charge an extra $1.50 if you want pepperoni. Eat here if you like getting taken advantage of.

Awesome pizza and wings! I have never been to a Jets Pizza besides this location and I have to say the best pizza we have ever eaten in a while. Jets has a unique blend of herbs that make their pizza pop! They have daily specials as well like 2 huge slices of cheese or pepperoni with a soda for like $7. Also let me just mention they have their location pretty widespread from Hopkins, Eden Prairie, Brooklyn Park and New Hope. I have tried just about everything on their menu from cheese bread, breadsticks, wings and of course pizzas. Something about their pizza just gives me that warm feeling and satisfies my hunger. It’s very unique how it stands out from the other major pizza chains out there. If you’re looking for great pizza and comfort food, stop by and you will be blown away. It’s a neat and clean restaurant with fast service. I will be back soon, thank you for your amazing service and keep up the great work!

Mailer online coupons “ not valid”. Delivery not an option when I tried. Tried calling the store and was put on hold indefinitely. $26 for a pizza they wanted me to come get? No thanks

A chain pizza joint that does a mean Brooklyn style pizza. Also known as a deep dish crust pizza. Not to be confused with a Chicago-style deep dish pizza.Skip the wings, stick with the pizza. Gotta do Turbo Crust! And get the BBQ chicken pizza. The BBQ sauce gets caramelized on the crust.Lastly, awesome friendly staff. Always a pleasant interaction when I stop in or order in.

The online system has never worked properly so I called and the manager was little help. He said I have only spent $128 since November making it sound like that wasn't very much and it wasn't worth his time to help me
